They can find three hours for TV and an hour for surfing the web every night, but don’t have a second to spare on exercise. Once they decide to actually do it and commit, they find they have tons of time. You just have to jump in and do it.

Great advice on making an active lifestyle a priority. I am always amazed at people who tell me they have no time for exercise, but they find lots of time for other things, like Facebook or TV. Thanks for the great post.

Hmm, this is really good for a starter in business. Its very easy to cross the line between being optimistic and fantasy. Well, experience they say helps a lot. But i think we can do ourselves a favor by always looking at things (anticipated profits, losses, etc) from the “worst case-situation” point of view, while making plans for the future. Atleast, that way, you won’t get disappointed in yourself, neither will you set unrealistic and unattainable targets that are just never met.
Bankers in Nigeria need to read this piece!

Well, am some sort of an introvert as well. I usually don’t like being the centre of attraction especially in crowds am not familiar with, but i find that it happens often.
I think you should let yourself believe that all the people there with you and listening like your personality. That confidence makes them warm up to you. Also, it kind of “hides” whatever flaws there are in your statements, because people are too busy being engulfed in your confidence.
Yes, its good to be yourself, be humble, learn from others, listen to them, and you’ld be surprised, the tension will ease of.
For we introverts, this is not always easy, but i believe that constant practice helps.

Network, network, network…. Establishing contacts and networking is absolutely critical. We have leaned on contacts time and time again when faced with a problem or an opportunity that came along we couldn’t handle alone.
